Coast-to-Coast Oahu: Fun and Adventure Await

Oahu Zipline - DiamondHead

When you come to Oahu, we have a suggestion for you: during your stay on this beautiful island, try to find time to journey across the length of the island to see all of the incredible things there are for you to do here!

Okay, maybe that’s a little too much bother. Rather than make you drive across the island to just see what there is to experience, how about we create a little itinerary of incredible activities and thrilling activities you can partake in?

From the north to the south, let’s go on a journey across Oahu so you can see and experience the finest assets of the island.

Diamond Head and Honolulu

Two of Oahu’s most notable features rest along its southeastern coast. One is the remnant of volcanic activity from eons ago, the other a bustling city that carries great cultural significance. One a natural formation that you can explore through hikes, the other home to attractions like the Honolulu Museum of Art and the Bishop Museum.

For a great view of both Honolulu and Diamond Head, just embark off the coast of Waikiki. Either by boat, surfboard, or just a casual swim, your view of the city of Honolulu and the crater of Diamond Head State Monument from the water is unbeatable!

A Somber Journey

When traveling to Oahu, you definitely should take time to visit the site of the devastating attack of December 7th, 1941. Pearl Harbor and the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument serve as reminders of the tribulations the United States and the rest of the world went through during the late 1930s and early ’40s.

Arizona Memorial

Here, you can see a series of poignant exhibits, starting with the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and then moving to the USS Arizona Memorial, where the experience takes a somber turn. Peer down to the wreckage of the Arizona and feel the weight of the loss as the vessel cries her continuous tears of black oil.

Your visit takes a on a more positive note with the Battleship Missouri, where can see where the Japanese surrender documents were signed, marking the end of the World War II.

North Shore Ziplining

After your time on the south shore, it’s time to head north for what’s bound to be an incredible adventure! You’ve done some sightseeing, some swimming, and taken a trip through time, but here is where you’ll strap in for an experience unlike any other.
