Environmental Friendliness - Oahu Zipline™
Select Page
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic tourism in Hawaii has halted. Until it reopens, our call center is temporarily closed. Please note that the temporary closure of our office will result in significant delays in email responses. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please stay healthy. We hope to see you soon.

Oahuziplines.com cares about Oahu. In doing so we only promote and encourage guests to visit environmentally conscious ziplines.  Currently all of the ziplines on Oahu and those being built have employed environmentally sensitive methods to mitigate harm of our forests and other natural settings.

Ziplines have their origins in environmental friendliness when scientists in Costa Rica would use ziplines to travel from tree to tree in order to avoid returning to the ground.  Around the world ziplines have been used to decrease our footprint on the ground.

Ziplines are a perfect combination of both.  Some, like BayView even use existing trees as a launch platform.  We are always happy when an activity can be both exhilarating and environmentally friendly.
