Hollywood Movie Sites Tour
Ka’a’awa Valley is one of Oahu’s most breathtaking locations. It’s mentioned in many of the island’s ancient legends, and it’s a place where night marchers are said to roam when the moon is full. It was the playground of kings, and today it's one of the most popular regions for tourists in Hawaii. And the remarkable thing about Ka’a’awa Valley is, it’s not just tourists who come here. The region is also well-known to TV and movie directors, and it is known as Hollywood’s "Hawaii Backlot." Over the years, many film crews have spent days, weeks, and months here in the Valley, creating some of the world’s biggest blockbuster films (and some not-so-blockbuster ones).
